Finding Balance During Pregnancy

Hey mamas! Are you pregnant and want to move your body whilst finding some balance in your day?

The beautiful Amanda Fell will lead you through a short 18 minutes series of gentle yoga movements for you to connect with your changing body and your growing baby. Use this time to find balance and ground into the present moment.

For this practice, you will need 2 to 3 pillows or 2 bolsters.


Come back to this anytime when you need some respite. Sometimes one or two sequences is enough to ease a tired body and take some of the load off.  

Listen to what feels good in your body as you modify your practice to make the poses accessible for all stages of pregnancy.
