Chocolate Cupcake Wholegrain Baking Mix
Our chocolate cupcakes are dark and rich with plenty of fair trade organic cocoa. Ice and decorate for special occasions or bake as mini muffins and add them to lunchboxes. (Frozen raspberries and white chocolate chunks make a delicious addition!) The spray-free buckwheat and flax flour used in our cupcake mix is grown and milled into wholegrain flour in Canterbury, New Zealand.
Our mixes come in a cute little cardboard box that can be recycled and the inner bag can go straight onto the compost heap - simple.
- You will need - eggs, milk (plant-based or dairy), oil, vinegar
- Makes 12 cupcakes
- Ingredients: Gluten Free Flour (spray-free buckwheat flour, organic brown rice flour, flaxseed fibre, maize cornflour), Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Cocoa Powder (14%), Aluminium-free Raising Agents (sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate), Salt.

Please note this mix is gluten ‘friendly’ containing only gluten free ingredients but is not certified gluten free as it was prepared in a facility that also handles gluten.
