Carrot Quinoa Wholegrain Baking Mix
Our carrot quinoa muffins were made to pop into lunchboxes! Packed full of spray-free quinoa flour grown in South Canterbury they will add a wholesome boost to your morning tea. Enjoy them as is or make carrot cupcakes by topping them with your favourite cream cheese icing.
Our mixes come in a cute little cardboard box that can be recycled and the inner bag can go straight onto the compost heap - simple.
- You will need - carrot, eggs, milk (plant-based or dairy), oil, vinegar
- Makes 12 muffins
- Ingredients: Gluten Free Flour (46%) (spray-free quinoa flour* (42%), organic brown rice flour, flaxseed fibre*, maize cornflour), Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Desiccated Coconut, Aluminium-free Raising Agent (sodium bicarbonate), Organic Cinnamon, Salt.
*New Zealand grown grains
Please note this mix is gluten ‘friendly’ containing only gluten free flours but is not certified gluten free as it was prepared in a facility that also handles gluten.
